1. Shipping Destinations

2. Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

  • Please note: During high-volume periods (such as seasonal holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

To keep things simple and transparent, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and local customs clearance.

  • Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom holds, logistics disruptions, or inclement weather. We appreciate your patience in these rare instances.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing a Tracking Number and a link to the tracking portal. You will be able to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your destination. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PulseFlex is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Missing Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service first. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.

7. Damages

If you receive your order damaged or broken, please take clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and product immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
